Nausea is still here and in full swing.  I don't feel so yucky that I can't function, but yucky enough that I don't feel like doing anything.  Pretty much it's a round the clock, "I could gag at anytime" feeling.  Luckily the throw up ship sailed by me (except for one day...) and I HOPE it will never come (KNOCK ON WOOD!)

I thought I should write about the evolution of this pregnancy and how my body has reacted to it, more for my own journaling and remembering.  So when I was first pregnant (before I realized it) I had a voracious appetite.  Not to eat all the time, but when I did eat, I ate more than usual.  Then the fatigue hit and I was falling asleep by about 8:30 which was abnormal.  That was one of Dan's first clues, though that was all hindsight because it took him a lot of convincing that I should even take a pregnancy test.

As time has gone on the nausea hit, LOTS of random gagging, and a few puking episodes, and of course, frequent bathroom trips.  So I can't really complain too much.  Things have been pretty mild compared to friends that I've talked with who are pregnant as well.  Oh yeah, and did I mention pregnancy brain a.k.a. forgetfulness?  That's really starting to get annoying, and only seems to be getting worse....

All the books say that the nausea alleviates around 12-14 weeks, so I'm REALLY looking forward to that!  So far that's all I have to report!
