I'll let Kristen post all the juicy details later but I will take the opportunity to announce the birth of Madelyn Jayne MacKinlay. She was born April 9th at 12:44 AM and weighs a grand 8.7 oz. Mommy and baby are doing fine. Kristen was a champ. As soon as the anethesiologist (spelling ?) pumped her full of drugs she became sane. They are both resting at home. Pics to come!!!

Congratulations on the arrival of your very beautiful little baby girl! She has already won our hearts--and we know she has both of you wrapped around her little finger. She is an awesome baby, and you both did great in producing such an amazing baby! Kristen--good luck in a really speedy recovery! You're a real family now. We love you all--esp. Madelyn! :)

CONGRATS!!! She's BEAUTIFUL!! What a head of hair on that kid... very impressive Madelyn. We're thinking of you out in here in Chicago. So glad to see everyone looking happy and healthy... can't wait to hear all of the details and meet her in May.
